Buy Online

We take a great deal of care in packing your purchases. We do often re-use packaging so your goods may appear in previously used bubble wrap or box, though they will be first wrapped in fresh tissue. Whilst this may be a little less glamorous than other retailers may do things, it does mean we are creating less waste. We are sure most of our customers would prefer this.  

Delivery cost: there is a flat rate £2 delivery charge plus £1 per item. Six items would therefore be £8. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.  

We use Royal Mail, with a proof of posting certificate. We expect to dispatch your item within three working days; if we anticipate a delay, we will contact you. When your item has been sent, you will receive an email.

We truly hope that you will like your purchase, and we have taken every care to describe it accurately and provide at least one image. If, upon receipt, you are unhappy then you must contact us within seven days. We accept returns in the event of damage etc. As a small business, it is difficult for us to offer the 'return it if you change your mind' service which large online retailers offer. If you are not sure, you are very welcome to call us for a chat beforehand - we may be able to suggest something else which is not online. 

Click & Collect

All items on the website may be purchased online and then collected in person. This may save you time if you are making a very quick visit to Lincoln. Select 'click and collect' on checkout so you do not pay delivery charges. Your order will be selected, wrapped and made ready for your arrival.  If you cannot collect your purchase within seven days, please let us know.

Some items are 'click and collect' only. By purchasing the item online, you are securing it and it will be put aside for you. You will then need to collect it within seven days.  If you would like to discuss the item in more detail, or you would like advice, you are more than welcome to call us.
